14-Day Return Policy
At InternationalTea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy on all grocery products. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund!

How to Return a Product:
Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a return shipping label.
Carefully pack the product and send it back to us.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used or damaged
Items that are missing parts or accessories
Products purchased on sale or clearance
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your account.
If you used bank transfer or any other local payment method in Pakistan, the refund will be processed to your account.
